You've nailed it Karen! Hockey is more than just those mtnuies between whistles. I love the game, but love the time hanging with my teammates just as much. Never liked beer until I started playing hockey! Didn't swear either (kidding). My absolute favourite post-game tipple is Gin & Tonic, and although I'm sure the quinine won't prevent Malaria, a G&T replaces Vit C, fights dehydration, and also alleviates boomer-itis.

Nice one. Your abs really are dietaled in this vid. I hurt my lower back holding a plank position while resting on my elbows and pulsing my pelvis up and down. I think I saw this variation somewhere in a fitness mag and it seemed to work fine for awhile but one dayZAP! and I was done!
